No. The range is defined by the hardware and software that you can't configure.

What do you think makes the BLE device work? It's hardware and software, just like the Arduino.
Sorry, I should make the statement clear enough. I am using BLE 4.0 module, such as HM-10 or HM-11. I would like using Arduino to access it. I wonder if we can setup the rang of BLE module with Arduino.

I believe English is a second language. Are you asking about reducing the the distance the bluetooth will transmit? If that is the case, why would you want to do that? I don't believe you can, and I don't believe there should be a need to.
