I want to build a sender-receiver system which has maximum10 meters working range
I tested rf 315 mhz but it worked in 30 meters in outdoor...can somebody help me?

So you want something that limits the range to 10m?

How accurate must the 10m limit be?

Is it ok if the signal is patchy at 10m?

If you want something that will work perfectly at 10m, but not work at all at 11m, that's not going to be easy!

Any range can be extended by a more sensitive receiver. You never can be sure that nobody else will listen also at a greater distance, using e.g. a directional antenna.

Maybe an optical system with black, tubular shrouds on the transmitter and receiver so they can see each other and nothing else.

a low range radar to track heavy vehicles

some modules like ultrasonic sensors and IR sensors might be useful...what do you think?
