Thanks for all the nice projects in Arduino.I am a beginner in Arduino.And want to know more about it .
However it is not easy for me to get on the web .Is there any possible ways for me to download the webpages on Arduino especially on the Learning Section?

Yes- but you need to be on the internet to do that, so not sure how you'd get there.
If you check the IDE that you downloaded, there are a lot .html files there, start by browsing there first.
If you want to download the whole current Arduino Website you could use WinHTTrack. I used it about 10 years ago when I didnt have internet access every time. XD But these offline websites always tended to get quite large...
I just started downloading some parts of the website just to check if it still works

Downloading Websites used to be much more time consuming 10 years ago... I uploaded the offline Arduino Website version for you, it should contain most resources you need to have offline including all those beatiful images and photos :). The file is about 100Mb. Just unzip it and run the index.html
