It'd not clear to me from reviewing this thread that you have ever seen intermediate levels of light.
Have you tried running a sketch with different levels of dimming/dimtime through the entire range from 0-128 to see the effect on light output levels? It's not clear to me that a level of 100 will produce a dim light. The bulbs may be very non linear.
Have you tried with one light at a time to see intermediate levels??
