AC lamps dimmer circuit

Hi...

I need a complete connection/circuit of AC lamps dimmer. I'm using ATmega 8535. Somebody tell me to use Optocoupler and SCR but I don't know how the connection look like. If it is possible, pls give me the picture of the circuit.
