Ac servo motor Xinje anc arduino

Dear friends,
how to connect arduino board and AC Xinje DS5F servo motor? attached are instructions that are unclear to me. do i need an extra 24 volt power supply, and a 3.3k resistor and how do i actually connect everything.
I connected P- i D- (ac servo) with Gnd (arduino) and P+5v (ac servo) with Pulse (arduino) and D+5v (ac servo) with Dir (arduino) nothing happens ... this is normal works with hybrid and step drivers but not with this servo.
Thanks a lot

Sorry, see it's attached; just a little small.

Screenshots are often hard to read. The characters are too small and often the colour has a poor contrast. Better send link to the datasheets.

I found a way. it is necessary to connect an additional power supply of 24 v and + with +24 and - connect with SI1 and it works ok ... but now I have another problem the speed on the arduino is at maximum but the servo motor is still slow ...
on Arduino delayMicroseconds(1) is 1, the minimum I can set , byt pulse/rev on ac servo motor is 10000 because of that the engine speed is low.
how to solve this problem now?
