This point is really important and good for me. Yes I'm sure that these products(let's say most of them) which is sold in Turkey don't have such certificate. I look documents of these products and the are not any certificate about safety . I talked with my friend who sells and setup security components. He also told me same thing.
So if i develop my board according to this safety certificate then my product will be better than others
