I tried to access https://id.arduino.cc/ for some time now but there is always a blank page (see attached). I searched the forum but could not find any infos about that–despite someone wrote “the forum is broken”.
I’ve tried with recent versions of Opera and Firefox with no success.
Is the forum really “broken”, do I miss something obvious, or is there a workaround?
I’m running Windows 8.1 with no security software (despite Windows Firewall). I’ve a ADSL 16Mbit connection (what does that matter? :)) and I’m using Opera 41.0 at the moment. No proxy but a router.

I had the same problem a long while ago (see here) and the culprit turned out to be me blocking
I asked about your internet service as there are some very strict ISP's out there and also some that block a lot of ports. It wasn't an unreasonable question.
Also had you said a mobile connection I would have looked at your carrier as a possible source.
Browser add ons or settings are also a culprit as mentioned by Riva.
Another browser or computer to check against maybe ?
I tried with Opera Mobile (not using Opera Proxy) from my smartphone via mobile carrier. Funny thing, opening https://id.arduino.cc gets me redirected to Arduino Profile without any visible content, i.e. a blank page--dead end. Tried again with Firefox mobile, was able to login. Unfortunately, header and footer but no content page was shown, as described in first post. I did also try with "Dolphin" and also a second mobile carrier. Still no luck.
The funniest of all: I tried again with my Opera desktop browser, deactivated all plugins and it worked.
Maybe all the other browsers do block the Google analytics script? If so I'm not aware of any options on the mobile browsers to stop website-blocking.
Despite that, as a software engineer, I would consider it "broken by design" if an optional script that could not be loaded breaks my website functionality ...
Btw. the google analytics script might be included in all pages of the forum. Why are these not broken?

Thanks for the explanation. I knew that some provider block ports and are using deep packet inspection to block unwanted traffic.
But does the login page utilize https? Hence, how could the ISP partially block website content from the same server?
