if I have an arduino app to control something, and I am using a tablet, can I use the app to access the usb external camera connected to the tablet through usb?

Is it important to do only with usb
If no you can try with ESP32
If yes there are serval app you can use
You can try searching over web there are many of solution
Also if you have some sum of code we welcome to share it

- There are many other app for usb camera
- why do you want to use Arduino app
- Did you mean Arduino cloud remote or Arduinodroid?
I bought WINGONEER DC 5V Waterproof Ultrasonic Distance Sensor to measure the distance and want to trigger the usb camera and display when a threshold is crossed.
