Activating the Arduino SIM Card

I am getting an error when I enter the ICCID number on the SIM activation page and hit Next. It says the ICCID is invalid. I have sent an email to Arduino support with no response. I know that the number is correctly entered. Does anyone know what I am missing?

I'm having the same issue. Have you gotten a response yet?

I sent a message to support and I think they have to activate the card on their end first before you can activate it. Hope that helps.

Same issue here. How long does support normally take?

This is frustrating. I am having the same issue. "ICCID is invalid" I also submitted a query to support; hopefully they respond promptly.

Has anyone started exploring other SIM options? Looks like Tello which is operated on Sprint's network offers a $5/ month plan for 100 minutes of voice and unlimited texts. I don't need data for my project, so considering this option. Not sure what the text and voice rates are for the Arduino SIM. I assume they are an additional cost under the $1.50 5MB plan.

Hi,
I activated a Arduino SIM card. It takes up to 48 hours for it to be activated by Arduino. I got an email a day and a half after I activated it online saying it was now fully activated and ready for use.
