Hello all I'm very new to Arduino. I would like to know if I can use an Arduino to control actuators when my computer is turned on/of. is for a custom cpu ive been thinking about.
I would like when I power on the cpu the actuator fully extends and when I shutdown the actuator fully retracts. Is this even possible?

An arduino can control an a linear actuator via a double pole double throw relay like in the attached pix.
