adafruit neopixel and fastled sketch uploading good but no result when connected

i tried to upload the adafruit neopixel to my wavgat arduino uno and the upload is successful with no errors but when i plug in the connection to for the neopixel which all correct its not working the lights just become white not like my other arduino its working fine.do i need to install some special drivers for this to workout.

is this the same connection youve made.so your not alone.im facing the same problems
