Adafruit shield Ambient and Trigger Sound Help

Okay, I am brand new to adafruit and have just a simple code I'm looking for. All I want the arduino to do: power on, start looping sound file, trigger pin, play second sound file, go back to looping first file. That's it, dedicated arduino and adafruit wave shield to handle sound by itself. I'm not a good programmer, can anyone help me with this code?

I have a post in both forums currently, pretty inactive on adafruit. So I'm trying all resources.
