Just a small curiosity, I wonder if the Adafruit Thermal Printer could be used by windows as a printer.
probably would have to have an Arduino as some sort of go-between.
An interesting idea anyway.

I'm pretty sure you'd need to write a Windows driver (as well as adapt the hardware).
