Adafruit VC0706 TTL Camera Images Grainy

Hey guys!

Very excited to have the Adafruit VC0706 working on my Arduino nano.

However...

  • The images are consistently grainy

  • Occasionally, the images seem to come out as black and white...?

  • But sometimes, the color works

(I think the second two images are overexposed by my workstation lamp)

Do you think the wiring quality could cause the grainyness? I have the wires connected to headers, so that I can disconnect and reconnect the camera when I upload code. (Since the Camera is occupying the Serial port)

Any ideas what this could be?
