my first project i am going to build is this:
but i dont want to make a beeper buzz
instead i try to connect a little pager motor wich vibrates. can i put the positive lead of the pager motor to pin 4 where the buzzer connects and negative to ground ? is it that simple ? i appreciate every input you can give
Figure out the voltage and current requirements of component A. Figure out the voltage and current requirements of component B. If they're fairly close, swapping is easy. If they're different, adapt the design.
The pager motors I have work on about 1.3V but eat 70mA to 120mA, which is too much for an Arduino pin to source. What are you feeding your piezo buzzer?
