Add new device question Portenta H7 machine control become arduino Opta?

first i see "Arduino Portenta H7" and give it a name.
Then i have a window

I have now an Arduino Opta

What is wrong?
What is the reason for this?
Stopped on this window because i disable ethernet or wifi?

It's the choice of which connection is used to start IOT ArduinoIoTPreferredConnection.
