I am still looking for ways to use Uno and get more RAM.
Found few notes on SPI interfaced 32 kB SRAM.
Better than nothing.

Has anybody used it? Are there any another options?

I do not need GB's of file memory as in SD, not planing to run OS.
I need a controller and Uno does the job, but needs some help.

I see Teensy coming soon if I cannot resolve this .

Why wait ? Get a Teensy.
Perhaps it is possible to have an SPI ram, but I like to keep things simple. And I think a Teensy is a simple and solid solution.

sadly its 512Kbytes not 512MBytes
