Adding momentary switch to 16 chnl relay

Will start by admitting I know only enough on the coding side to do very basic troubleshooting on other people code or to change variables etc. I have in the past been able to combine a couple different pieces of code into something that works. However On this I am completely stuck.

I have a 16 channel relay board (actually 2 boards that will get their signals in parallel from the arduino)

I found the code below from a youtube video. I really like that it turns them on/off one at a time and the speed is adjustable, makes for nice aesthetics/sound.

What I would like to do is have a momentary switch on one of the arduino inputs so that when pressed it would turn them all on or off in series like in this code then stop.

My use for this is to put into my arcade/mame machine so that I can switch all the joystick/button controls from the keyboard emulator that goes to my PC/hyperspin setup over to the control interface boards for xbox1/ps4. I have tried just running both in parallel but have had some fairly serious ghosting issues on the inputs going to the pc.

So with this I would run all the control wires to the center common on the relays then wire the pc side to the NC side of the relay and the console to the NO side. Then have 1 button to switch the relays.

Would also be more than happy to tip someone for their assistance with this.

Also feel free to remove whatever lines are needed for the serial monitor as they would not be used in my project.
