Additional requirements to use IC

I want to use the IC s itself on my custom PCB. But seeing the original development boards I think I need some additional components like resistor and capacitor etc. to keep these IC running. Other than the voltage converters (because I am using 7.5 V) can anyone tell me what other components do I need to use. A link would also be helpful. Thanks

Read the Datasheet for each component you wish to use.
