Adjustable Power Supply

I'm looking for something like this adjustable power supply that fits into a North American plug. Any suggestions of where I might find it?

Alternatively, what if I used an adaptor to make it work with a North American plug? Might I encounter any problems?

Radio Shack carries multi-output wallwarts like that.

Where are you located? US? Canada?

Plenty of plug adapters available, 100 - 240 V~ input so it should work okay at 115-120V , 50-60Hz.
