Adressable LED's - Whats possible ?

Hello

I am pretty new to Arduino, so my question might be simple to others.

I have a project where i include a adressable 50/50 WS2812 LED strip (300 LED's)

Does anybody know if it is possible to turn on only 1 LED on the middle of the strip ?

Fx LED number 148 - And only that single LED ?

I really hope that someone can help
