Advice for GPS-GSM tracking project

Good day everyone, I am called to create a project using GPS-GSM for tracking purposes (with mobile data network/Simcard)

The GPS that will be used is NEO6M and for the GSM is SIM900L with Arduino Uno. My plan is to use Blynk apps as the monitoring software(to shows map location and coordinate)

My question is can I use the SIM900L to connect with the mobile network so that it can connect with the Blynk server. If yes is there any source code that I can refer to.

Or is there any better idea that anyone can recommend for this project which it will be great to share and hear other's opinions/suggestion.

Ps: Sorry for the broken English it's not my first language.
