Hello, today I tried using ADXL326 accelerometer sensor for the first time and my readings from x-axes are oscillating (Blue line on my print screen)? Is my sensor broken?

Check your wiring thoroughly. Some of what I see looks like lose wiring and also check your ground connections. Make sure your sensor is on a stable flat surface. No movement or vibration.
