ADXL362 Delay factor

Hi all,

I’m working with a arduino uno and a adxl362. The outputs that the adxl362 delivers, are coming with a huge interval.

I want to make the interval smaller. But I don’t know how small I can make it. Can someone please help me with this? How small can I make the delay factor without making it to low, so that the outputs are not reliable anymore?
