after uploading mpu example code i get connection failed......what is the sol

I am using mpu6050 sensor .after uploading to Arduino.....
I get mpu connection failed in the serial monitor.. what will we be the problem
can u help me out.....
I attached the pic of serial moniter here....
pls give reply as soon as possible I am doing project on it....
