Again attiny85 sending IR Codes

Good morning everyone,

I've been trying to send a 38kHz NEC signal from an attiny85 to an Arduino Nano using IR for 4 days. Now that I've read various articles, forum posts and GitHub discussions, I have to turn to the community.

It's an attiny 85-20 PU.
https://www.reichelt.de/8-bit-attiny-avr-risc-mikrocontroller-8-kb-20-mhz-dip-8-attiny-85-20-pu-p69299.html

From the hardware/circuit it seems to fit because when I take two nanos it works as desired. Only when the attiny85 is supposed to send does it not work or do I receive different various wrong codes than sent.

In order to check whether and how the attiny is running, I attached a normal LED to PB4 Pin3, which should pulse every second. The IR LED is attached to PB1 pin 6 with a BC337. I have already generated the clock of the normal LED with delay and millis. With the same result.

Without the IR library, the LED is blinking every second, with the IR library, the LED is practically permanently lit and wrong IR codes at 8MHz, no pulsing, no IR signals at 16MHz.

Of course, always burned the bootloader with Internal 8/16MHz beforehand and specify it in the IR Library via F_CPU.

Libraries meanwhile tried the IRremote, IRtinyTX, tiny_IRremote and the modified IRtinyTX from user System from the closed post

Attiny 45 38khz flash.

All with the same result.

With IR library the timings don't seem to fit anymore. Why not, what is missing or am I doing wrong? I use IDE 1.8.19 and flash the Tiny using Nano and ISP. I also tried the cores from Davis Mellis and Spence Konde.

Following the source code of the transmitter, the attiny. As I said. tried with delay, millis and also without LED or digitalWrite. Always the same result.

Thanks in advance!

#include <IRTinyTX.h>

unsigned long currentloop;
unsigned long sendtime = 0;
unsigned long ledon = 0;
unsigned long ledoff = 0;
const unsigned long ledint = 1000;
const unsigned long ledtime = 200;
const unsigned long sendint = 10;

long tx = 0x1000;

int count = 0;
int ledPin = 4;

IRsend irsend;

void setup() {
    irsend.enableIROut(38);
    pinMode(ledPin, OUTPUT);
}

void loop() {
    currentloop = millis();

    if (sendtime < currentloop){
      irsend.sendNEC(tx, 32);
      sendtime = currentloop + sendint;
    }
    if (ledon < currentloop){
      digitalWrite(ledPin, HIGH);
      ledon = currentloop + ledint;
      ledoff = currentloop + ledtime;
    }
    if (ledoff < currentloop){
      digitalWrite(ledPin, LOW);
    }

}

Hi mate. Could you find any solution ? I have the same problem. If you find solution can you share your circuit and source codes pls .
