AHAB with arduino

I wanted to use arduino, to transmitte gps data for a high altitude baloon(about 1000-1500 feet) up, cheap 100$ or less. The range of course for this would be 1500ft max.
please help please.

Like, i ve seen a thing called tiny tracker, but i need like an all in one transmitter gps and reciever for 1-200$

What do you mean by "all in one"? We use the OpenTracker (OT) on our balloons, which is like a tinytrack (TT) only open source and better in other ways. The OT is connected to a GPS and a radio by cables. Total cost of the balloon tracker ~$200. This does not include a receiving ground station. You must be a licensed amateur radio operator to use this gear.

The RTrak is an all-in-one tracker. Again, you must be a licensed ham to use it.

I have used a small ISM band transmitter module like this one in conjunction with an OT+GPS. Frequency drift was horrible high altitudes, but it would probably be OK for the altitudes you are talking about.

Okay, thanks a lot
