AI using arduino

Can we create a talking AI using arduino which can learn and store many commands. I have only found a voice recognition module which can store only 15 commands.
And for the answering we need a voice synthesizer.
So can anybody tell me that we create such type of AI and where I can find the components required for it

I think you would be much better off working with a RaspberryPI which has a great deal more memory and processing speed.

Yes, but what about the speech recognition module and speech synthesizer. This is the main task as I am not find out in any store.
