Does anybody can help me to hook up this air pressure sensor.
I cannot find any tech diagram for it.

Can you tell me how I connect the sensor to the arduino I/O pins , and how to power supply it ( trough wich pin GND & 5V ...) ?

Your sensor requires a differential amplifier like the HX711, and the link I provided shows how to connect the sensor to an HX711 module. Regarding connecting the HX711 module to an Arduino, I'm certain you can find lots of tutorials for that if you take a moment to look.
