Recently I have bought an air pressure sensor but I couldn't find any code or wiring diagram. I am stuck whit this sensor and how it works. Here is the sensor i want to use: DIP Air Pressure Sensor 0-40kPa DIP-6 For Arduino. Can someone provide a link to a datasheet, some code or other useful information.
"Air Pressure Sensor 0-40kPa DIP-6 For Arduino"
Sales talk. I don't see any relation with an Arduino.
The link uses a non rail2rail opamp.
That won't use the full A/D range of the Arduino.
You should have bough a sensor with inbuild instrumentation amp.

Leo,
Could the lm385 be replaced with a rail to rail op amp?

Sure. You just need rail2rail outputs.
Hundreds to choose from.
The LM358 is an oldie, and can only swing it's output between (almost) 0volt and ~3.8volt on a 5volt supply.
