ok ok ho provato a flash are uno sketch e non andava, cn un piccolo condensatore da 1mF è andato subito.
piuttosto.. alla fine, ieri, ho comunque seguito il tuo consiglio di ricablare tutto... trovandomi li ho preso anche l USBASP, che ovviamente andava aggiornato con l'hex fornito dallo stesso costruttore. installo AVRDUDESS e come da tutorial flasho... avr dopo un processo simile alla IDE, alla fine,dice "done"
provo allora a caricare il bootloader ma mi da errore,

il cablaggio e lo stesso che ho usato con Arduino a ISP (nella ft manca il reset ma durate le prove l ho aggiunto, ovviamente...)
