We are currently doing a home-based vinegar fermentation process. Is there a sensor capable of measuring the alcohol content present within the vinegar ? If none, im trying to use density as a means of measuring the alcohol content, will there be a density sensor for this application as well?

I do not know if vinegar will have an effect on results.
Thank you for the response. But I need a sensor that directly measures the alcohol content within the vinegar. Upon checking, mq3 only measures the vapor. I am looking for a sensor that can measure alcohol content from 0% to 8%
A hydrometer used in fermentation to measure ABV (beer making). Compare specific gravity of solution versus specific gravity of vinegar versus specific gravity of 100% alcohol.
Or, an $800 solution.
If you mean some sort of probe that you can stick in a solution and read percentage of acetic acid the answer is no.
How about density as a means to measure the alcohol content? We are to use this sensor in the first stage of the vinegar fermentation process where we try to convert sugar into ethanol. Are there sensors for this?

That is a very popular method for DIY wine and beermaking. Look for a brewer's hydrometer.
Whatever sensor you decide on you will still have problem of frequently calibrating the sensor values against known standard concentrations.
In your last topic you were trying to measure the alcohol content of alcoholic beverages.
You obviously don't want to disclose what you are actually trying to do so don't expect any useful responses.

Guess you did not understand, the alcoholic beverage is just a sample to verify whether the alcohol sensor is measuring correctly
A sample is not a control. All that can be derived is a measurement was taken.
