ALERT SOUNDER SYSTEM

Hi,

I am trying to design an Alert System. I have Sounder like in Fire Alert Sytems. Sounder is operating with +24Vdc. However, I would like to eliminate faults in the establishment and understand where the exact problem is in systems after the establishment. I think fire alert systems have almost the same.

In short, the circuit I want to design;
1.)power on/off the sounder
2.)detecting a short circuit between +&- of sounder
3.)detecting removal of resistor

Do you have any idea how to do the above duties?
Any circuit suggestion will be appreciated.

A short block diagram of the system is available below

I had an idea that powering on and off 24V dc with high side switch(by using P channel MOSFET). However, this system cannot detect short circuit and removal resistor

Thank you for your attention in advance

Sorry, do you have a question?

It might help if take a moment to read General guidance

Thank you.

ohh I have missed question  I have edited

Sorry Blind Wolf,

Your question is too vague. Do you know anything about electronics? I suspect that you don't. That in itself isn't a problem, but you need to experiment with and learn about basic electronics and the Arduino before tackling a project like this. Once you know the basics you will be able to come up with some ideas for us to help you with. At the moment I have the distinct impression that you were hoping we'd do this for you. If that's actually what you want please ask a moderator to move this to 'gigs and collaborations' and expect to pay.

PerryBebbington & ballscrewbob is quite right you know, if you know nothing about electronics it will be a long way for you, and no one will sit and prepare schematics and codes for you, you need to start from somewhere.

On the other hand, you don't need to design everything from scratch, you can use arduino UNO (or mega, it depends on how many detectors you'll need)smoke detectors, fire sirens and and 24v power supply to achive what you want.

Smoke detectors should be 4pin type like HEIMAN 610 or 615PC http://www.heimantech.com/product/63.html

1.)power on/off the sounder -- you can use push buttons, RFID, İnfrared remote or even ethernet TCP/IP communication to on/off from internet

2.)detecting a short circuit between +&- of sounder : no problem

3.)detecting removal of resistor : no problem

for all above 3 options you need to know basic electronics (at least) and coding skills, otherwise you can not expect peoples will prepare something for you.

Sorry guys this guy's profile logo belong to Ortadogu Technical University (one of the best technical university in europe) and this (DELETED) me off, because any student or member of that university can not post this kind of requests, so i'll say something in Turkish to make him understand this is not a place which preparing free/payable projects for lazy students.
