I have a Nano 33 that is linked to a DIY light system. I have 18 named light circuits, all of them worked w/o problems until 12 Sept 23, which was the most recent "sync" date. I updated the connectivity firmware today (7 Oct 23) and reloaded the sketch via USB. My router shows the Nano in the attached items list and my dashboard can control the lights/devices via the Nano. Alexa reported the devices not responding back on 12 Sept and device discovery doesn't find them. How do I troubleshoot the connection between the Arduino cloud devices and Alexa?
I now have a "sync" reported today, 7 Oct, but Alexa still says "device is not responding."
I now suspect that this is an Alexa Skill issue. The Nano has an IP address in my local network router and the devices attached to the Nano respond correctly to my dashboard commands, so the link to the cloud is working. My Alexa account "sees" all my Sonoff and Wyze devices, among others, but not the Arduino devices on the Nano 33, even though the dashboard does.
Is anyone else experiencing this kind of problem with the Arduino Skill, starting around 12 Sept 23?
I checked my Alexa account and it has the Arduino skill installed. My Arduino cloud dashboard can control the devices attached to my Nano IOT 33, so the web link from the cloud to my local wifi network to the Nano is working. I don't know how to troubleshoot the problem with the Arduino skill. Any clue would be appreciated.
