Hello all im Lorenzo.

I bought one Arduino uno R3 because i need to control this 10m leds

WS2812B LED Strip 16.4FT 5M Individual Addressable WS2811 Built-in 5050 RGB Digital Dream color Flex 60Pixels/m 300Pixels DC5V Programmable LED Strip Light (White PCB Waterproof IP65 Version)

my question is can i use this via USB for the arduino alimentation ?

Lithium ion battery: 20000 mAh / 3.6 V
• Input: 5 V / 2.0 A
• Output: 5 V / 1 A + 1 A, 2.1 A

? or i need another one ?

Please make a drawing of how you see that all components connect together.
Please post links to components instead of giving descriptions.

Not sure if your question relates to powering the Arduino or to powering the complete setup. 300 pixels at roughly 30mA (if I'm not mistaken) equals around 10A that you need to power the strip.

No, that is not enough current for 300 2812B's

You need like... 15A. You have 4.1
