ALL IoT variables STOPPED BEING updated at the same time, even being updated by different devices that are ONLINE

Hello.
I have 2 devices connected to the IoT Could, and the variables that are updated by the devices are no more updated on the portail.
What is strange is that :

  • this is the updates made by the devices that are NOT updated. When I modify a variable (that is R&W) on the portail, the update is done. But not when it is made by a device.
  • this problem happened at the same time for ALL the variables updated by the 2 different devices. Said differently : this problem is NOT due to a single device that could have stopped working. It happens for the variable on the 2 devices that are connected to the Cloud.

On the dashboard I can see that :pleading_face:

  • the devices are Online (Status = "Online")
  • the devices are sending data
  • but - as said previously - the variables are no more being updated by the devices.

For information, the ID of the devices are the following :slight_smile:
device 1 = e818d93b-dbe1-46a4-9e18-b6700222c9c6
device 2 = c1430410-9a37-4ce8-a476-3cf4dd4b0c83
Exemple of 1 variable that is updated everysec but that is NOT being updated CTEXTE = 7beba740-cf99-4410-8190-5036bd0b74c4 << This field is usually updated every 5mn.

I have not yet rebooted the 2 devices because I would like to see if the problem will solve automatically.

Problem happened suddently. It was UP and running fine before.

Hi. The pb is supposed to be solved... but my variables are still not being updated.
What else to do ?

Cards rebooted. Seems to work now.
