Some problems appear to be extremely difficult to solve with the SARA modem on the MKR NB 1500. Has anyone found another modem or board I could use with the MKR NB 1500 that works well? Preferably MKR compatible so it would plug onto the top of the current board. I have a lot invested in MKR hardware and hate to junk it. I could use a module that would interface with the extra serial port on the MKR NB 1500
I have one i don't use, make me an PM offer if interested. TBH: I can't say anything about this one, i ordered it and then i changed to dev path. Not used, just started, it works. MKR Pin compatible.
I hadn't seen that board before, interesting. For my current project I have decided to stay with the MKR NB 1500.
I now have most of my issues solved. Next project I probably will go with something else though. Biggest hassle will be getting the newest U-blox update installed. Been a very painful experience, but learned a lot in the process.
It would be great to have a new and improved MKR 1600 like you said elsewhere!
