Ok here's my problem. I am sending data to the Arduino Cloud service from an arduino nano. I need to access that data from the cloud via an app in order to display on said app. Every time i try to create an API key, I get a network error. I've tried multiple networks, restarting my laptop, and using someone else laptop. Are there any other ways I can obtain this data?
Hi @nclegend28.
Which Arduino Cloud plan do you have?:
API support is only available when using the "Entry" plan or higher. So if you are using "Free" plan then it is expected that you won't be able to create an API key and you will be able to solve the problem by upgrading your plan.
Unfortunately the Arduino Cloud user interface doesn't currently do a good job of communicating this information. It only shows a vague "Network Error: Unexpected error. Please try again." notification when you click the "CREATE" button on the "Create API Key" dialog while using a "Free" plan.
Thank you, this fixed my problem.
You are welcome. I'm glad it is working now.
