Am I going to get a tracking code when they ship my purchase?

I don't see where you mention who 'they' or 'them' is, so how are we suppost to know what your are talking about?

I bought mine from the official store (store.arduino.cc), but they did not send me any kind of tracking code.

It depends on how they ship it. Some mail carriers do not offer this at a standard rate, where are you and where have you orderd it from, the store is multi country.

I used the common mail deliver, I ordered it from Brazil.

I assume you mean you are in Brazil not that it is comming from Brazil.
Yes common mail does not have a tracking system.
