Less of the scarcasm please. The video you posted the link to illustrates my point very well. That effect is quite subtle and difficult to achieve. It's not "default behaviour" but in fact something that someone had spent a lot of time coding to achieve. See how, when slowed down, the LEDs progressively fade depending on their position? That's not something that just happens by accident. This is why I asked the question. You might have meant something much simpler, or thought that this was "normal" behavoir of LEDs, I didn't know.
