Ampere sensor @max 250A and 12-15V available?

Hello,

i would like to build an arduino which can calculate the wattage outcome of my amplifier.

P = U * I

The Volt isnt the prob tho, all i need is the ampere number which is pretty high.

The problem i have is that the ampere peak on my amplifier is almost 250 ampere.
I havent found sensors or somethink like that which can meassure such high amp numbers.

If you got any ideas how to make my idea work please help me

Use the supply wiring as a shunt?

RC Hobby websites like Hobbyking have hall effect
sensors. (don't know max ratings)
Then there's this:
