analog input-->digital output in pure data

Does any body knows how to change the mode of the analogue inputs of the diecimila to digital ouputs working with pure data?. I am not sure if is posible or not with pduino ....

Thanks!

change the mode of the analogue inputs

Just refer to them as pin 14, 15 ,16, 17, 18 and this will control analogue pins 0, 1, 2, 3 , 4

So to make analogue 0 into an output
pinMode(14,OUTPUT);

That's clear,

But the question is how to include that code to convert the analog inputs into digital outputs in the FIRMATA library. And, more important, if the new digital outputs would be accesible to PURE DATA(PD) and how....

Thanks in advance...

It would have helped if you would have mentioned the FIRMATA in the first place.

But the question is how to include that code to convert the analog inputs into digital outputs in the FIRMATA library

Simply either you can’t or the other answer is to re write the FIRMATA library. The FIRMATA is a system to make things simple. The price you pay is that you loose flexibility.

My advice would be to learn how to program without it. Look in the playground for Max interfacing information.
