well, this is probably a stupid question...
lets say I have 8 analog sensor but only one ADC pin available in my microcontroller . I need to read the sensor one by one simultaneously. I know I should probably use the 4051 or 74595 but they are so hard to get here in indonesia.
Any solution?

Minimum is US 75.00 per order.

I didn't suggest ordering from Digikey, I only asked if that type of part was available there. I don't know what is available a supplier in Indonesia. Farnell? RS? Someone else? Maybe someone in China even. Other 8-input ADCs are also available now that the OP Abizhar knows what to look for.
MCP3208 can sample at 100K samples/second vs 10K samples/second of a '328/2560, so 8 samples can be done in the space of 1 read from a 4051 plus the additional time needed to switch between 4051 channels.

I was so focused on multiplexing that I completely forget that I can just get another ADC and connect it trough SPI..
finally I decided to order some 4051 and MCP3208 from ebay and experiment which one work best for me.
