It can be compared with a pendolum. 80 Hz comes from the datasheet of the HX711 amplifier. The shaft of the pot is aligned with the axis of rotation of the bar. I attach the wiring diagram of my project. The pot is linked in the breadboard but in the real case is aligned with the axis of rotation
