another cheap reflow oven

So I'm thinking about putting together a similar setup to the reflow oven jeelabs has » Reflow » JeeLabs. Just checking with people that have more experiance if the parts I am choosing will work, and if this is worth the effort for very small hobby batches of boards.

wireless control for power http://www.ebay.com/itm/Wireless-1-Way-ON-OFF-220V-110V-Remote-Controll-Switch-/320756091506?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4aae8d8a72#ht_3798wt_1396
I plan on opening up the case on the remote and wiring it to the digital outs to control the power.

I haven't done anything with thermocouples before, from what I've read this combo should work together.

grill that I'll convert to reflow oven http://www.amazon.com/George-Foreman-GR10B-Nonstick-Countertop/dp/B001NXC65K/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1315583838&sr=8-4

so other than using these parts, which are pretty similar anyway, I'll probably set mine up exactly how they have at jee labs. Should all of these parts work ok together?
