Any advice for hookup of bare ATSAM3S4CA-AU?

The part:

I've successfully hooked up TINY, MEGA, XMEGA, and UC32C parts in various packages including 144 pin TQFP and 64 pin QFN successfully so far and now I want to try an ARM. The way I read this, it sets up a lot like a UC32C, you provide 3.3V to VDDIO and VDDIN and and there is an on-board regulator you tap off of to supply 1.8V to VDDPLL and VDDCORE. You then hook up the JTAG pins to the JTAG port and NRST you pull high like other Atmel controllers. Is that all you need to do? I have a SAM-ICE ready to go and I expect I know my way around AS6. Do I need anything else? Is the internal oscillator selected by default like other Atmel microcontrollers?

Thanks!

Took a while, but it turns out it's not that hard to get going. I used a SAM3S4B, a 64 pin version of the same, instead.
