Any basic car project using Solar panel

I just wanted to know that i am currently using a 9v rechargeable battery(not pp3). Can i replace it directly with 2 solar panel of 6 v each?I just want to try it on a bluetooth car(I know a very basic project , but still.)Will it work?Or what are the neccesary equipment to make it work?

Search internet using words like "arduino solar powered car".

Got this, RC Robot Car With Solar Panels + Steps + Pictures : 16 Steps - Instructables. Hope it helps.

@Idahowalker the problem is that he is using rechargeable battery as the main source.
Solar panels are to charge them.
I have already searched the internet for it.

that is why I asked in forum.

Solar panels do not run 'anything'. The battery does. Solar panels are not direct loads as they are current devices. Solar panels should go to a charge controller and from the charge controller to a battery. The load is connected to the battery not the charge controller or the solar panel. The load runs off the battery not the solar panels. Solar panels cannot supply the surge currents motors require. OK, I take that back, if one had several 100's of watts of solar panel power available....

cannot we use "DC boost" module

You can use whatever you want.

Do consider, on the entire internet, you did not find plans for how you want to run the car, why?

Good luck.

Not easily with solar panels, because solar cells are current sources, not voltage sources, and the current depends on the (highly variable) illumination.
