Any Interest in a DMX, WiFi, Eithernet, Shield?

We are looking into getting a custom board made to connect to a Wifi or Ethernet network so an android phone (or other device) could control lighting, I/O ports or anything on the Arduino with the main focus to output DMX and/or SPI signal

so this would be a small box you connect to a power supply and as many DMX decoders as you need (depending on how many LED Light Strips/Zones you want to control

we are thinking of using the Arduino processor to allow others to hack it to control other things or do what they want with it as it wouldn't add that much expense to the manufacturing costs

now cost is a big factor and we would like to keep this affordable (ideally around $75 including processor) but also with as many options as we can fit so it can be useful to as many people as possible
we are not looking to make money selling it as a board for Arduino users as it will be part of a high end wireless touch control lighting system

but what we are looking for from you is ideas and help designing it how you would want it
What features/extras would you want on it?
ie: Arduino Shield Compatible?,
Relays, SD card slot, etc...???

as for designing it goes
are any of you interested in helping lay it out / designing / writing some software for it (for money or in exchange for finished boards) if not that is fine we will use a local company i just figured i would throw it out there as there seem to be some capable people on here and i would rather see the money go to a real person

Well if anyone has any thoughts, Ideas or interest please post them here

Things we need on it
DMX 3 pin Jack
RJ-45 Jack (for DMX output)
Max 485 Chip (For DMX)
Wireless Chip and/or Ethernet jack for computer/phone interface
Relay (for future use)
Input pins (for motion detectors or other sensors)

The main purpose will be to control DMX Decoders like these
