Any interest in a piece of hardware that could be programmed via ethernet?

I recently figured out how to program an arduino + ethernet shield (How To Upload A Sketch To Your Arduino Via A Network | Freetronics)

But I was thinking a piece of dedicated hardware that made this easier might be preferred. If I built it would anyone be interested in it?
